When an individual isn't performing at their job effectively one can look into the crystal ball and predict they will get. The pattern we were taught in school which said that one goes to school, then attend university, get hired by a corporation and we retire at 65 with a pension plan and a gift watch from the company was an idea, a pattern, a standard which went by the wayside as companies went bankrupt, as colleges failed to properly educate to the extent that quite a few graduates are functionally illiterate.
