The next logical step will be to rough in any wiring, plumbing, and heating that will need to be done. Much of this will need to be done by licensed professionals and it will also need to be inspected. From there you can rough in you bathroom, sauna, hot tub or laundry room. From there you can put up the sheetrock and the ceiling. Once they have been painted you will be able to lay down the flooring that you want, such as carpet or tile.
